This notice applies to ARS Investment Partners, LLC (“ARS”). ARS is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to third parties other than as described herein. In addition, our affiliates who share our office may have access to your personal information.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include Somerset Capital Management, LLC and PS Ventures LLC

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. ARS does not share with nonaffiliates so that they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. ARS does not jointly market.
