How do I access the client portal?
All clients receive an email invitation. That email, in conjunction with the Quick Start Guide below, will provide information on how to log in for the first time. If you need your activation email sent again, please reach out to clientservices@arsinvest.com to request one. Once you have those instructions, click on the link below to access the Quick Start Guide.

Are my statements and tax reports available in the client portal?
Various documents - including custodial statements and tax reporting forms - can be found within the client portal.
Click the Vault menu option at the top of your screen and select Statements in the drop-down menu:
Next, choose the specific document type in the left menu bar for a list of all available documents of that type:

How do I take my RMD?
Whether you’ve recently reached 73 years old or have been taking RMDs for years, the process can feel stressful. With a few simple forms - all available with quick and simple e-signature processing - you can direct us to automatically deliver your RMD according to your instructions. If you choose, those instructions can be set to recur indefinitely, so you're assured that each year your RMD will be met without any further action on your part.
